Three separate Caribbean style two-bedroom homes are available.
These homes are completely equipped; you only need to bring your toothbrush and
beachwear!
The Island
Pink home has two bedrooms and one bathroom and can accommodate from two
to six adults. This home has queen size beds in both bedrooms and a queen size
sleeper sofa in the living room.
The Tropical Blue home has two bedrooms and two bathrooms and
will also comfortably accommodate from two to six adults. This home has a king
size bed in one bedroom, a queen size bed in the second bedroom and a queen
size sleeper sofa in the living room.
The Cayman
Lime
Gardens (NOTE: UNDER ' DUPLEX' CONSTRUCTION UNTIL CHRISTMAS 2005) home has two bedrooms and two bathrooms
and will also comfortably accommodate from two to six
adults. This home has a king size bed in one bedroom, a queen size bed in the
second bedroom and huge sectional sofa in the living room.
The homes are adaptable for families, friends, or even small dive groups/clubs.
These three separate homes combine the best of informal island architecture
with modern conveniences. The Island Pink and Tropical Blue homes are located
on a third of an acre site dotted
with coconut, avocado, lime, grapefruit, mango and sour orange trees. The Island Pink home has a full deck and barbecue. The Tropical Blue home has a
generous side yard with a newly tiled and shaded private gazebo and a gas
grill.
The Cayman Lime Gardens home is located just across the street
from the other two homes, a super private 2000 square foot home on a quarter
acre lot with a gated driveway. The
home is located on a site with a new gazebo out front and over a dozen fruit
trees including coconut, mango, sweetsap & soursap, tangerine, sweet
orange, banana, breadfruit, avocado, LIME!,
grapefruit and cherry!
Nearby you will find Seven Mile Beach as well as tiny grocery stores and informal restaurants. The newest Foster’s supermarket is
conveniently located just around the corner, across from the bus stop. For a little of the island flavor, visit
the tiny Caymanian store just a short walk from Jeff’s homes. The sleepy, little store that looks more
like a tiny home, sells mostly cold beverages and fish hooks but may provide
you with an opportunity to watch a few of the locals play a spirited game of
dominos. You can also get a taste
of island’s past by taking a self-guided walking tour of the historic Central Wes Bay area.
The island's lively night spots are only a short drive away.
